Not your average beach read but I recommend this one to kick off 2021 with a bang 💥💥
I learned that good habits compound (so do bad... so be careful ⚠️) & you should start small and the rest will follow. Find what works for you and your personality!! So many good tools in this book.
There are so many small habits I want to start/continue this year. This book makes it a lot less intimidating to start ANYTHING and it also provides some context for why things may not have worked in the past
Some of my 2021 Habits:
- Saying 3 things I am grateful for before I get out of bed
- @tleffect workouts !!!!
- No tik toks before bed!!! (Or, just, significantly less tik toks before bed)
- READ MORE ROMANCE (hehe!)
Best enjoyed with a really good cup of coffee. @chamberlaincoffee is my newest obsession! She sells cold brew in what looks like tea bags and you let it steep overnight! Brilliant!!.
