Then She Was Gone

Then She Was Gone- Lisa Jewell

my review : ✮✮✮✮

A very dark, disturbing, and suspenseful thriller. Kept me up all night, a literal page turner. This story is about a grieving mother whose daughter disappeared 10 years ago and no one can figure out what happened to her. The mom starts dating a new man and once she meets his daughter she can’t believe how much the little girl reminds her of her missing daughter. Um yes... insanity ensues. Best paired with a rainy evening and your favorite Pinot Noir 🍷
