The Good Sister
The Good Sister - Sally Hepworth
my review : ✮✮✮✮
A quick and satisfying thriller!
Twin sisters who couldn’t be more different. Fern Castle avoids crows, bright lights, and loud music, she works at the library and has dinner with her sister, Rose, 3 nights a week. Fern has to be very careful because without her sister, she knows she can be dangerous. When Fern learns that her sister cannot get pregnant, she decides it’s time she offers her sister the ultimate gift.
This book is a thriller but I found many of the characters incredibly lovable, which is very rare in the dark and disturbing world of thrillers! That being said, there are definitely disturbing depictions of abuse so this is not a light read.
I gobbled this book up- it was such a refreshing change from so many thrillers I have read recently. I say this a lot but this book truly is hard to put down, I dare you to not finish it in one sitting.
you’ll love this book if you love:
A disturbing thriller - with some surprisingly loveable characters
An addicting and bingeable thriller
