he perfect book to kick off 2021.

I learned so much from this book. I love that @jayshetty provides tools to use in your daily life. This is one of those books that compels you to dog ear and highlight the heck out of it.

This is a slow read in that you will really have to sit and let what you read sync in but it’s well worth the time.

I found this book incredibly enlightening and a great way to center yourself and reset in the new year.
